Take a few minutes this week to help your child reflect on their day by talking about one thing they enjoyed, one thing they learned, and one way they helped someone. Reflection builds early language skills, memory, and emotional awareness—important foundations for kindergarten readiness.
Try This at Home
At bedtime or during a quiet moment, ask your child to draw a picture of their favorite holiday moment and tell you about it. Write their words exactly as they say them to show that their thoughts matter and that spoken words can be written down.
